A Path Toward Peace Begins Here.
Virtual therapy that meets you where you are, offering support for anxiety, depression, and life transitions with understanding and care.

A Safe Space to Heal and Grow.
You’re doing everything you can, but the weight of stress, self-doubt, and overwhelming emotions can sometimes be too heavy. Maybe you're struggling to sleep, withdrawing from the people you care about, or wondering if you're just not enough.
You are enough. And together, we can work through this.
I work with adolescents and young adults who are ready to move beyond the overwhelm and begin their journey toward healing. Together, we’ll combine therapy with holistic approaches, supporting your mind, body, and spirit in a way that honors the whole you.
Together, we’ll work on…
-
Building coping tools that actually help in the moment
-
Reconnecting with yourself and others in meaningful ways
-
Replacing negative thought patterns with grounded strategies
-
Creating space to be vulnerable without fear
Why Virtual Therapy?
Accessible. Flexible. Private.
You don’t have to commute or rearrange your life to get support. Virtual sessions make it easier to fit therapy into your real schedule, whether you’re in school, working, or balancing both.
What You Can Expect
You’ll leave sessions with:
✔️ Clarity around what’s been keeping you stuck
✔️ A plan to move through hard moments with confidence
✔️ A therapist who gets it and gets you
✔️ Long-term skills for managing stress, anxiety, and relationships
When you understand what has been holding you back, have a clear plan moving forward, and feel truly seen by your therapist, healing becomes possible. Together, we’ll build lasting skills to help you navigate life with more confidence, calm, and connection.
Understanding Your Therapy Journey
-
It can. Therapy takes time, but with the right support and tools, it helps you feel more in control, less overwhelmed, and better equipped to handle what life throws your way. You won’t have to do it alone.
-
It’s completely normal to feel nervous before starting therapy. Our first session will be about getting to know each other, understanding what brings you to therapy, and discussing what you’d like to work on. You’re in control of the pace, and I’ll be there to support you every step of the way. Therapy is a safe space where you can feel heard, seen, and understood, without judgment.
-
That’s a real concern, and I take it seriously. I listen without judgment and make space for your full story, your culture, and your lived experience. We’ll build understanding together, at your pace.
-
That’s completely okay. You’re in control of what you share, and we can go at your pace. If something feels too difficult to talk about right away, we’ll work together to build trust and create a space where you feel comfortable when you're ready. Therapy is a safe, supportive environment where you set the boundaries.

Are You Ready to Grow?
You’re not too much. You’re not behind. You’re simply ready to transform and move toward a brighter future. Let’s make it happen together.
